Sol Maria traveled with me across the country. Here we are in Arizona at a roadside attraction. If you look closely you can see that Bunny is there.

We stayed in a cement tee-pee/motel on Route 66.

Bunny even camped out with us.

We went to
Montezuma's castle. So did Bunny.

But it was actually a little sad to be there. The cliff house was in a beautiful quiet valley/oasis in the midst of the desert. There were willow trees and more birds than tourists. Sol and I were both moved by thinking about the communities of native people who used to live there. Tears rolled down Sol's cheeks.
